Amazing company! From quote to finished product, this company hands down was incredible. They came out, inspected the 30-year leaking roof, took photos of the current state of affairs, and as soon as the contract was signed they scheduled for a speedy roof replacement and repair! Within 3 days the old roof was fixed and the new roof installed, old tiles were replaced with new ones, and new photos of the process and finished product taken! Value-driven job for sure! If I could have given more stars I would have! Their entire team was excellent!

Excellent service

Excellent service. Found the leak was a loose flashing and nail. Pressed it down flat and stopped the leak. Advised that I add plastic roof cement to insure it did not return. I have done so and have not had any further problems. Thank you very much for your professional service, John C

Professional Roofing Services says it all in the name. I had seen their truck in the neighborhood doing service on a neighboring house and remembered I had a tile that was out of its place. I called PHS for a free quote, the receptionist was very professional when I spoke to her. Phil Shaw was very professional in all matters. He called me 30 mins prior to arrival to verify the appointment time for my quote. I was away from my residence during the appointment time and he confirmed it would be no issue. An hour later he called me and said that my roof was in excellent condition but I did have one tile out of its place. He repositioned the tile and put it back in place at no charge. When it comes to professional service this is the type of service I expect. Phil Shaw could have easily gone onto my roof and smashed a few tiles in effort to get a couple of bucks as I had no idea of its condition. This company I will definitely use for future roofing services! Thanks, PRS!

I just got my roof repaired (Some lose tiles) on 11/30/2016 and I had the most pleasant experience ever. PRS employees are so nice and very professional!!

Curt came out to look at the roofing at the house. He called me 30mins before arriving. He did the estimate and called me to go over it. Good part is that I didn't even had to be there due to I was at work. He even went an extra mile to check all the tiles that were loose and fixed them. I had the house inspector check the roof few weeks ago and he only saw one tile that was out of place but thanks to Curt he found other ones and fixed those as well, thanks Curt!!

Also the people in the office are super nice and very prompt in returning my emails answering all my questions. Thanks Chonnette!!

We had a leak in the master bathroom, where rainwater would run down an inside wall. PRS sent an appraiser, Roberto, to check it out. He determined where the leak originated, took pictures of the problem area and proposed how to fix it. Within the next few days their people were at the house, repaired the problem quickly, professionally and did the extra work that Roberto agreed to do at no additional charge.

Now for the work they did....I could not possibly give a company a better rating.

This is coming from a former Construction Professional. I had been out of the business for about 3 years and many of the folks I worked with were no longer in business. I purchased a new home that had existing roof issues, ranging from broken tiles, to holes left from a former solar pool heater, to rolled roofing over a flat patio & a storage building with asphalt shingles that needed to be re-roofed. One thing that everyone needs to understand with roofing is that if there is rain close to your scheduled time, that things will be delayed. Roofers can't work in the rain, so any precipitation will push their work back by that amount of time. My new neighbor is a General Contractor, so I asked for a recommendation since I have multiple no-shows to even get an estimate from other companies, and a bid from one company that was double what it should have been. Now for the work they did....I could not possibly give a company a better rating. They were on time, professional, called when there was a 1-day rain delay, and prioritized my work because I had a leak that was coming into the home....making sure that they addressed that work first since more rain was in the forecast. The work was completed very quickly, and their price was half the amount of the other company who have provided an quote....and I'm talking thousands of dollars in savings, and was right in line with what I estimated the work should be, so I immediately knew they were honest. When completed, you would have had no idea that roofers had ever been there because of the excellent clean up their crew did. If I were still in the business, they would be my only roofing contractor.
